Orders for delivery of shipping are roasted each Thursday. Order for the Ann Arbor area are delivered on Friday mornings. Orders that need to be shipped are packaged and shipped by Friday. We try, but don't promise, to get all mail orders out on Thursday by 5 pm. Please note that based on volume, this isn't always possible.
