This coffee is without question drawn from the finest Colombian plantations. It comes from Nariño, the southernmost province of Colombia. This coffee is separated from selected high altitude farms that grow only the Borbon and Caturra varieties of coffee. This is "heart of the crop" coffee and limited to only about 6,000 bags per year (the Nariño zone's total production is approximately 150,000 bags per year). The preparation is done according to Europrep standards and is distinct from any other Colombian coffee. There is more acidity, body and flavor than any other Colombian coffee.
